Having been in the fitness industry for years now, I have found that most people have a hard time getting rid of belly fat and building muscle size. Unfortunately, both men and women suffer from this plight.

So when I saw the Bully Xtreme and realized that you could perform more than 12 exercises to target the entire midsection, I knew it was a winner! The fact, that you can also perform more than 82 gym type exercises to target the rest of the body was just a welcome benefit.

The other incredible thing I discovered about the Bully Xtreme is its ability to target and develop the back muscles in a way that no know the piece of exercise equipment, in my opinion, can.

When I first saw the Bully Xtreme, I didn’t know what to think, according to Frank Sherrill the Bully Xtreme is a revolutionary and breakthrough exercise device that replaces dumbbells, cables and resistance bands. The Bully Xtreme resembles a bar with a steel cable covered with durable plastic around it and it measures about 34 to 35 inches, but only weights 4 pounds.

It is truly a portable home gym.

The Bully unit, has a very smooth resistance. The resistance comes from a 36 mm coiled spring. The resistance is unlike free weights, in that it is more like resistance bands. What I mean by that, is that the resistance increases as you compress the unit.This forces the muscle to grow, because the resistance increases as muscle becomes more fatigued. This is very similar effect, to that of doing repetitions to failure.

I know what you are saying right now- “Sure Robert, if this Bully Xtreme is so good why have I not heard about it before… right?
